Idea

Spread and encourage sustainability by bringing practical products, great brands and inspiring people together.

Sustainability has become an important part of saving the earth for many people.

Tommy Cutter and his partner recognize that more and more people are looking for products and resources to live more sustainable lifestyles. That’s why they created Sustainable Thinkers, an e-commerce presence that pools sustainably-made items together in one place.

Before joining the Sustainable Thinkers team, sustainability was not at the forefront of Tommy’s mind. Upon learning more about the impact that sustainability can make on the earth, he realized that his values aligned well with the company. And he thought many others with a similar mindset to his would benefit from sustainable lifestyle changes.

The purpose of Sustainable Thinkers, according to Tommy, is to show people how simple it can be to make even the smallest sustainable lifestyle changes that will make an impact on the earth well into the future.

Eventually, Tommy and his partner hope to create their own sustainable products and sell them as Sustainable Thinkers.

Fort Wayne startup seeks to simplify sustainable shopping

The fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world.

As a result, a new generation of global consumers is emerging.

They call themselves “green,” “ethical,” or “sustainable” shoppers, and they’re looking for more responsibly sourced and produced products for everything from the clothes they wear, to the accessories they carry, and the items that adorn their homes.

A new website that just launched last week in the summit city aims to change the way you shop and make you think twice about the products in your home.

If you care about the environment, social justice, or economic equality, Tommy Cutter says you’re a sustainable thinker.

“Shruti came to me with the idea, a few months ago, of a website that sold sustainable products and educated people about sustainability through video.”
