Proudly serving cold brew in Fort Wayne

Summit Cold Brew was created by Sean and Kristin Barker with the goal of selling locally-roasted and brewed cold brew coffee in Fort Wayne.

Sean and Kristin started selling Summit Cold Brew at farmers markets in Fort Wayne in 2018, serving their cold brew both bottled and over ice. As their customer-base grew, people began asking if the pair would consider delivery services or retail sales in local stores.

The focus moving forward for Summit Cold Brew is to focus on getting proper permitting to begin selling in stores as well as developing a delivery route for direct sales to local customers.

Kristin and Sean plan to use their $1,000 grant from the Fortitude Fund to pay for this permitting and will use any leftover funds to help with production costs.
