The M Agency is a modeling agency that is aiming to make this dream come true for local models and photographers alike. As a mother agency, M Agency is able to connect local talent to nationally and internationally recognized talent agencies.

Jacqueline Motz is the founder of M Agency, but she wears many hats in her company. She is a talent recruit, a mentor, and event planner, a PR and marketing connoisseur, and more. She started the agency after five years in the modeling industry.

M Agency serves as a resource for models and talent who are looking to make a splash in the fashion industry on a national level. Jacqueline began the agency when she realized how little opportunity there was to advance as talent in Fort Wayne.

Through M Agency, signed models are able to work with talents local photographers on practice photoshoot and book real-life modeling jobs through local fashion boutiques and advertising agencies. Being a signed model with M Agency means getting connected locally first, building a strong portfolio, and then seeking out bigger opportunities once their modeling career takes hold.

Jacqueline currently works with five models to connect them with photographers and local creative agencies to help them build their portfolios. In order to begin getting her models in front of big-name agencies, Jacqueline hopes to use her Fortitude Fund grant money to begin advertising.

Ultimately, Jacqueline wants M Agency to be a connection between Fort Wayne and the big-city fashion, modeling, and talent recruitment industries. Fort Wayne is increasingly becoming a creative hub, and she wants to facilitate a relationship between talent and creatives.
