Organic sourdough and baked goods with a mission: nourish the community and give back.
At Impact Bread Co, Grace Davis isn’t just baking sourdough, she’s building community. Selling out weekly at the YLNI Farmers Market in Fort Wayne, Grace offers small batch, naturally leavened breads, cookies, brownies, and crackers made with organic ingredients and intention.
But Impact Bread Co is more than a market stall. Grace runs monthly donation drives for food pantries and local shelters, using her platform to give back.
With the Fortitude Fund grant, she’s investing in new equipment to triple production, meet rising demand, and expand her outreach, one loaf at a time.
