Business Idea
Empowering businesses to thrive by turning energy waste into strategic savings.
Christopher Csicsko, a graduate of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, combined his analytical background in Computer Science with a deep commitment to regional sustainability. After spending a year earning professional certifications from the American Association of Energy Engineers, Christopher utilized the BELT Program to rapidly transition his vision into a reality. In just over two months, he moved from a conceptual framework to a fully realized startup, fueled by a desire to help Northeast Indiana businesses navigate the challenges of rising energy costs and aging infrastructure.
Local Energy Efficiency Partners (LEEP) focuses on building trust through a “relationship-first” approach, offering no-cost consultations and low-cost optimizations that provide immediate bottom-line relief for commercial and industrial clients. By identifying tailored, long-term efficiency solutions, LEEP helps businesses reduce their energy footprint while creating healthier, more comfortable work environments. With the support of the Fortitude Fund, Christopher is poised to expand his team and operational reach, ensuring that local enterprises remain competitive, productive, and environmentally responsible for years to come.
